After the final treatment of the product, a sticker with the T?Vcertificate number is affixed and a suitable kit is selected, the current composition is available HERE.

The finished set is protected in foil with our company logo and then packed into a shipping carton.
\n
In our offer we also have self-adhesive decorative strips to further enhance the appearance of the diffuser. These stickers are rolled into a roll and are designed for self assembly.

They can be ordered with the diffuser by selecting the proper variant available at the product.
\n
You may need to use adhesive when installing the car overlay. In this case, we recommend using polyurethane based adhesive (self-adhesive).

Both the assembly of the stickers and the assembly of the cars overlays should be preceded by proper preparation of the surface of the product and the body of the car.

INSTALLATION

Installation should begin with adjusting products to the car
\n
For plastic thresholds, mounting involves boring the cars thresholds, the screws are included in the kit (Screws should be spread evenly over the entire length of the threshold). For metal thresholds, we recommend the use of polyurethane based adhesive (to be purchased on your own).
\n
Before installing, remove the protective foil from the diffuser
\n
Installation requires proper preparation of the surface of the product and the body of the car. When using glue (we recommend using polyurethane based adhesive) or tape (we recommend using 3M acrylic double-sided adhesive tape) as an additional adhesive between the elements. The gluing surface must be previously matted and degreased with an aggressive solvent. After applying the glue the binding time is 24h - the carshould not be used at this time.

Installation of the overlay should follow the instructions in the manual that is included with the kit shipped.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Some items are special order which means they cannot be canceled or returned, you will be informed of this at the time of order, or when the order is placed and we will then give you the option to cancel before proceeding.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
