We started from scratch, leaving no room for compromise. Our design eliminates all plastic components, replacing them with durable aluminum end tanks, core, and CNC-machined ports. TIG-welded for maximum strength and longevity, this heat exchanger will withstand even the harshest conditions. We took it further by incorporating strutted tubes within the core, adding unparalleled resistance against bowing and flexing during aggressive cornering.
But strength is not our only focus. We've increased the core volume by 23 percent and expanded the external fin surface area by 44 percent. Combined with our dual-pass flow configuration and louvered fin design, this performance heat exchanger vastly improves cooling capacity over stock, enhancing overall performance.
